Keith and Nealy Frentz met when both were sous chefs at New Orleans’ renowned Brennan’s Restaurant. When hurricane Katrina forced extended closure of Brennan’s, the couple moved across the lake to Keith’s hometown of Covington and opened their own restaurant. Today the restaurant is known as one of the best in Covington, recognized for its vibrant culinary scene. The couple won the title of King and Queen of Louisiana Seafood in 2012, were named a Chef to Watch by Louisiana Cookin’ magazine and were showcased in Louisiana Kitchen & Culture magazine, among other various media.

Chef Brian Riggenbach, partner and executive chef of The Mockingbird Nashville, has been in the industry for over 10 years. He combines his studies of cuisine and the fine arts to create dishes that are not only technically driven and full of flavor, but also works of art. Chef Riggenbach has worked at several of Chicago’s most highly-lauded establishments before moving to Nashville and reconnected with friend and business partner Chef Maneet Chauhan when he was named a “Chopped Champion” on season 24 of the Food Network show.
